Coach Store Manager in McLean, Virginia. Lead retail operations, drive sales, and build teams at our Tysons location. Full-time position with competitive benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a strong leadership presence on the sales floor to drive sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Embody Coach brand values and increase brand awareness through personal conduct and team mentorship
- Lead implementation of company initiatives and support full operational management of the store
- Monitor and analyze sales data, identify performance trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance
- Execute forward-planned strategies aligned with leadership initiatives, store goals, and KPIs
- Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluations, and high-level training as needed
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to improve individual and team performance while maintaining accountability for business goals
- Enforce company policies and store operational procedures with consistency and fairness
- Build and mentor a customer-centric culture, coaching the team on clienteling strategies to develop long-term customer relationships
- Provide HR support and conflict resolution to team members and district as needed
- Champion company resources to support a healthy work environment for internal customers
Qualifications
- 1+ years of equivalent supervisory or lead management experience in competitive retail environments
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds regularly (up to 50 pounds occasionally)
- Physical capability to bend, reach, stretch, climb, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom environments
- Demonstrated excellence in sales performance and customer service leadership
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively coach and develop team members
Skills
Experience
1+ years of equivalent lead supervisory or management experience in competitive retail space, with demonstrated success in driving sales, building teams, and delivering customer excellence.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; college education preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17 to USD 27.75 per hour.
