Qualifications
- 1–6 years of leadership experience in retail or service industries; luxury or fashion retail experience preferred.
- Demonstrable ability to lead, inspire and develop teams in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Proven business acumen with a strong focus on sales targets, P&L awareness and operational excellence.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust across stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with retail systems (labour management, inventory, sales reporting).
- Knowledge of fashion trends, competitive landscape and digital engagement/customer acquisition channels.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, peak retail periods and public holidays.

Experience
1–6 years of leadership experience in retail or service industries; luxury or fashion background is a plus. A combination of relevant education and demonstrable experience will be considered.
Education
No specific degree required; a combination of education and relevant retail management experience will be considered.
