Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Serve as a Brand Ambassador embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness
  • Lead implementation of company initiatives and support full operation of the business
  • Establish trust, maintain integrity, and support an environment of collaboration within store and throughout the organization
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance
  • Execute forward-planned strategies to achieve leadership initiatives surrounding store goals and KPIs
  • Support the store with recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and high-level training as needed
  • Provide feedback and guidance to improve individual performance and hold team accountable for achieving goals
  • Enforce compliance of company policies and procedures in addition to store operational procedures
  • Execute innovative strategies for exceptional customer experiences with both internal and external partners
  • Create a customer-centric culture that prioritizes customer satisfaction and mentor team on clienteling strategy
  • Provide HR and conflict resolution support to team and district in absence of leadership team

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at the Lead Supervisor level or above
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally)
  • Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
  • Demonstrated excellence in sales achievement and business acumen
  • Proficiency in analyzing sales data and implementing performance improvements
  • Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills

Experience

1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at the Lead Supervisor level, with demonstrated success in achieving sales targets, leading high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences in an upscale retail environment.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail management training or certification preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17 to USD 27.75 per hour.
