Coach Store Manager position in Lehi, Utah. Lead sales operations and team at Traverse Mountain location. Full-time role, $16–$24.75/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experience
- Embody Coach brand values and serve as a Brand Ambassador to increase brand awareness
- Lead implementation of company initiatives and support full operation of the business
- Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance
- Recruit, interview, conduct performance evaluations, and provide high-level training as needed
- Provide feedback and guidance to improve individual and team performance; hold team accountable for achieving goals
- Enforce company policies, procedures, and store operational standards
- Execute innovative strategies to create exceptional customer experiences and mentor team on clienteling strategy
- Provide HR and conflict resolution support to team and district in absence of leadership
Qualifications
- 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at Lead Supervisor level or equivalent
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally)
- Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- Demonstrated excellence in customer-focused retail management
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1 year of equivalent experience in a lead supervisory or store management role within competitive retail environments, with demonstrated ability to drive sales performance and lead teams.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or retail management certification preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Lehi, Utah, USA, with easy access to Salt Lake City.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16 to USD 24.75 per hour.
