Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Embody Coach brand values and serve as a Brand Ambassador to increase brand awareness throughout the store and local market
- Lead implementation of corporate initiatives and support full operational management of the retail location
- Monitor and analyze sales data, identify performance trends, and make recommendations to enhance store metrics and KPIs
- Execute forward-planned strategies to achieve business goals surrounding store performance and leadership objectives
- Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and high-level training of store team members as needed
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to improve individual and team performance; hold team accountable for goals
- Enforce compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards across the team
- Create a customer-centric culture that prioritizes satisfaction and mentor team members on clienteling strategy
- Build long-term customer relationships that align with business objectives
- Provide HR and conflict resolution support to the team and district in the absence of other leadership
- Champion company resources to support a healthy and inclusive work environment
Qualifications
- 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at a lead supervisor or managerial level
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- Strong leadership presence and business acumen
- Demonstrated ability to analyze sales data and drive results
- Experience building and developing high-performing retail teams
- Proficiency in clienteling and customer relationship strategies

Experience
1+ years of equivalent experience in managing competitive retail space at a lead supervisor or management level, with demonstrated success in driving sales performance and developing retail teams.
Education
