Coach is seeking a Store Manager in Laredo, Texas, to lead sales, profitability, team development, customer experience, and daily store operations. The role is full-time, with a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, peak season, high-traffic retail days, and public holidays; base pay is $62,000–$87,000 annually.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive sales, profitability, and productivity across all channels.

Qualifications
