Coach Store Manager position in Lanzhou, China. Lead luxury retail operations, manage teams, and drive sales at the Shanshan Outlet location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales revenue growth and expand market share through strategic customer acquisition and retention initiatives
- Ensure consistent delivery of premium customer service standards across all store operations and team interactions
- Collaborate with regional leadership to establish and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Recruit, train, develop, and mentor store personnel to build a high-performing sales team
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, maintain accurate records, and implement loss prevention protocols
Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher
- Minimum 5 years of retail or luxury goods industry experience
- Minimum 2 years of team management or supervisory experience
- Demonstrated ability to resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively
- Proven organizational, coordination, and team-building capabilities
- Strong professional integrity and ethical conduct
