Coach seeks a Store Manager in Jacksonville, Florida to lead retail operations, drive sales, and mentor team members.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experience
- Embody Coach brand values and increase brand awareness among customers and team members
- Lead implementation of corporate initiatives and ensure full operation of the business
- Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and recommend enhancements to store performance
- Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and high-level training of team members
- Provide feedback and guidance to improve individual performance; hold team accountable for achieving individual and business goals
- Enforce company policies, procedures, and store operational standards
- Execute innovative strategies for exceptional customer experiences and build long-term customer relationships through clienteling
- Provide HR and conflict resolution support to team members
- Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail space at the lead supervisor level
- Demonstrated ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly, up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Ability to bend, reach, stretch, climb, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- Strong leadership presence and ability to build trust and integrity within team
- Proficiency in sales analysis, business acumen, and data-driven decision making
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Experience
Minimum 1+ years of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail environment at the lead supervisor level or similar leadership capacity in luxury fashion retail.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16 to USD 24.75 per hour.
