Coach seeks a Store Manager I to lead retail operations and drive exceptional customer experiences across a flagship boutique location. This leadership role demands a results-oriented professional who embodies Coach's values, maintains a strong sales floor presence, and mentors a team to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators. Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a visible leadership presence on the sales floor and lead implementation of company initiatives to support full store operations
- Establish and enforce team compliance with company policies and store procedures while holding team members accountable for individual and business goals
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends; make strategic recommendations to enhance store performance and implement individualized team development
- Recruit, interview, and evaluate team members; provide high-level training and ongoing feedback to improve performance across all levels
- Execute customer-centric strategies and mentor the team on clienteling tactics to build long-term customer relationships and meet business objectives
- Provide HR and conflict resolution support to the store team and district management when needed, fostering a fair, positive, and inclusive workplace culture
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at a lead supervisor or assistant manager level
- Demonstrated ability to lift, carry, and move products and fixtures weighing up to 50 pounds occasionally and 25 pounds regularly
- Proficiency in bending, reaching, stretching, climbing, kneeling, and maneuvering both sales floor and stockroom environments
- Strong understanding of retail operations, POS systems, and sales analytics

Experience
Minimum one year of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at the lead supervisor or assistant manager level, with demonstrated success in driving sales results and leading small teams in a luxury or competitive retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher in business, retail management, or related field preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17 to USD 27.75 per hour.
