Coach seeks a temporary part-time Store Manager in Houston, Texas to lead retail operations, drive sales, and manage teams in a luxury fashion environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Serve as a Brand Ambassador embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness
  • Lead implementation of company initiatives and support full operation of the store business
  • Establish trust and maintain integrity to support an environment of collaboration within the store and throughout the organization
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance
  • Implement individualized team development to increase overall customer experience
  • Exemplify strong business acumen and execute forward-planned strategies to achieve leadership initiatives surrounding store goals and KPIs
  • Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and high-level training as needed
  • Provide feedback and guidance to improve individual performance; hold team accountable for achieving individual and business goals
  • Adhere to and enforce team compliance of company policies and procedures
  • Assist in executing innovative strategies for exceptional customer experiences for both internal and external partners
  • Create a customer-centric culture that prioritizes customer satisfaction and mentor team on clienteling strategy
  • Provide HR and conflict resolution support to team and district in the absence of leadership

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail spaces at the lead supervisor level
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
  • Demonstrated courage to provide direct, actionable feedback and address people problems promptly
  • Proven creativity in brainstorming and generating unique ideas
  • Strong customer focus and ability to establish effective relationships with customers
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and shift gears comfortably in changing situations
  • Proven drive for results and consistent top performance
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to relate well to all kinds of people
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new problems and challenges

Experience

Minimum 1+ years of equivalent experience in managing competitive retail spaces at the lead supervisor level or higher. Demonstrated track record in driving sales results, building and developing retail teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
