Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead all store operations to achieve and exceed sales targets, KPIs and profitability objectives, with full accountability for store performance.
  • Recruit, coach and develop a high-performing sales team; set objectives, conduct performance reviews and deliver regular training on product knowledge, clienteling and selling techniques.
  • Cultivate an exceptional luxury guest experience through personalised clienteling, VIP service protocols and proactive relationship management.
  • Own visual merchandising and standards execution in line with brand directives to maximise conversion and average transaction value.
  • Manage inventory, stock replenishment and stock accuracy; oversee receiving, tagging, transfers and regular stock audits to minimise shrinkage.
  • Prepare and submit timely operational and sales reports; analyse trends and implement corrective actions to drive improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, loss-prevention procedures, cash handling and health & safety regulations.
  • Coordinate local marketing initiatives and events in collaboration with regional marketing and CRM teams to grow clientele and brand presence.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership capability with excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse sales metrics and translate insights into action.
  • Exceptional customer service orientation and aptitude for high-touch luxury clienteling.
  • Organisational rigour in store operations, inventory control and visual standards.
  • Fluency in local language (Mandarin) is assumed; professional manner and polished presentation appropriate for luxury retail.

Experience

Typically requires several years (usually 3+ years) of progressive retail experience with at least 1–2 years in a managerial or supervisory role within premium or luxury fashion, demonstrating a track record of hitting sales targets and developing teams.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, retail management, hospitality or a related discipline preferred.
