Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Serve as a Coach Brand Ambassador embodying company values and increasing brand awareness
  • Lead implementation of company initiatives and support full operational procedures across the store
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, identify performance trends, and make data-driven recommendations to enhance store KPIs
  • Establish trust and collaboration across the store team while promoting an inclusive, fair, and positive work environment
  • Recruit, interview, perform evaluations, and deliver high-level training to support individual and team development

  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets through effective team leadership and customer-centric strategies
  • Strong business acumen with demonstrated capacity to analyze sales data and implement performance improvements
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build relationships and diffuse high-tension situations
  • Physical capability to bend, reach, stretch, and lift product, cartons, and fixtures (up to 50 pounds regularly)
