Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Serve as a Brand Ambassador embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness across the customer base

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at the lead supervisor level or higher
  • Demonstrated ability to bend, reach, stretch, lift, carry, and move at least 25 pounds regularly, and up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom effectively
  • Strong competency in courage, creativity, customer focus, and dealing with ambiguity
  • Proven drive for results and consistent track record as a top performer
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to relate to all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated learning agility and ability to quickly master new challenges and information
  • Strategic agility with ability to anticipate future trends and plan accordingly
  • Proven capability in developing direct reports and building effective teams
