Role & Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Serve as a brand ambassador embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness
  • Lead implementation of company initiatives and support full operation of the store business
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance
  • Recruit, interview, and conduct performance evaluations; provide high-level training as needed
  • Implement individualized team development to increase overall customer experience and business results
  • Provide feedback and guidance to improve individual performance; hold team accountable for achieving personal and business goals
  • Execute forward-planned strategies to achieve leadership initiatives surrounding store goals and KPIs
  • Establish trust and maintain integrity to support an environment of collaboration within the store and throughout the organization
  • Create a customer-centric culture that prioritizes customer satisfaction and mentor team on clienteling strategy
  • Adhere to and enforce team compliance with company policies, procedures, and store operational standards
  • Provide HR and conflict resolution support to team and district in the absence of senior leadership

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail spaces at the lead supervisor level or above
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
  • Ability to bend, reach, stretch, climb, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
  • Demonstrated strong business acumen and sales leadership capability
  • Proven ability to build, develop, and motivate high-performing retail teams

Experience

Education

High school diploma or general educational development (GED) equivalent; additional retail management training or certifications preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17 to USD 27.75 per hour.
