Coach Store Manager position in Lubbock, TX: Lead retail operations, drive sales, and build high-performing teams. $16–$24.75/hour.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain leadership presence on sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Serve as a Coach brand ambassador, embodying company values and increasing brand awareness
  • Lead implementation of company initiatives and support full operational business execution
  • Establish trust and collaboration within store and throughout organization to promote inclusive culture
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for enhanced store performance
  • Execute forward-planned strategies to achieve leadership initiatives surrounding store goals and KPIs
  • Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and high-level team training
  • Provide feedback and guidance to improve individual and team performance
  • Enforce compliance with company policies, procedures, and store operational standards
  • Assist in executing innovative strategies for exceptional customer experiences with internal and external partners
  • Create customer-centric culture prioritizing satisfaction and mentoring team on clienteling strategy
  • Provide HR and conflict resolution support to team and district in absence of senior leadership

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at lead supervisor level or above
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally)
  • Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
  • Demonstrated competency in courage, creativity, customer focus, and drive for results
  • Competency in dealing with ambiguity and learning on the fly
  • Strategic agility and ability to develop direct reports and build effective teams

Experience
