Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Serve as a Brand Ambassador embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness
- Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance
- Establish trust, maintain integrity, and support an environment of collaboration within the store and throughout the organization
- Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and high-level training as needed
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to improve individual performance; hold team accountable for achieving individual and business goals
- Enforce company policies and procedures in addition to store operational procedures
- Mentor team on clienteling strategy to build long-term customer relationships
- Provide HR and conflict resolution support to team and district in absence of leadership team
- Execute innovative strategies for exceptional customer experiences for both internal and external partners
Qualifications
- 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail environments at the lead supervisor level or equivalent
- Demonstrated ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- Strong business acumen and ability to execute forward-planned strategies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in sales data analysis and trend identification
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail spaces at the lead supervisor level or similar supervisory retail role in a fast-paced fashion or luxury retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in retail management, business, or related field is preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16 to USD 24.75 per hour.
