Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain a strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Serve as a Brand Ambassador embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness across the store
  • Lead implementation of company initiatives and support full operation of the business
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance
  • Implement individualized team development initiatives to increase overall customer experience
  • Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and high-level training of store staff
  • Provide feedback and guidance to improve individual performance; hold team accountable for achieving goals
  • Enforce team compliance with company policies, procedures, and store operational standards
  • Assist in executing innovative strategies for exceptional customer experiences with internal and external partners
  • Mentor team on clienteling strategy to build long-term customer relationships and meet business goals

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at the lead supervisor level
  • Ability to lift at least 25 pounds regularly (up to 50 pounds occasionally)
  • Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
  • Demonstrated leadership presence and strong business acumen
  • Proficiency in sales data analysis and performance metrics
  • Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills

Experience
