Coach Lead Supervisor I position in Fort Worth, TX. Drive retail operations and team leadership with competitive hourly pay ($16.00–$24.75) and comprehensive benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Serve as a Brand Ambassador embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness
- Lead implementation of company initiatives and support full operation of the business
- Establish trust, maintain integrity, and foster collaboration within the store to promote fair, positive, and inclusive culture
- Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance and customer experience
- Execute forward-planned strategies to achieve leadership initiatives surrounding store goals and key performance indicators
- Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and high-level training as needed
- Provide feedback and guidance to improve individual performance and hold team accountable for achieving individual and business goals
- Adhere to and enforce team compliance of company policies, procedures, and store operational protocols
- Assist in executing innovative strategies for exceptional customer experiences for internal and external partners
- Create customer-centric culture prioritizing satisfaction and mentor team on clienteling strategy to build long-term relationships
- Provide HR and conflict resolution support to team and district in absence of leadership team
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at the Lead Supervisor level or higher
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds regularly (up to 50 pounds occasionally)
- Physical capability to bend, reach, stretch, climb, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- Demonstrated customer focus and ability to build effective customer relationships
- Strong business acumen and sales data analysis capability
- Proficiency in providing feedback and coaching to direct reports
- Knowledge of retail compliance and operational procedures
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1 year of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at the Lead Supervisor level. Previous experience in luxury or fashion retail is highly valued. Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets, developing team members, and implementing operational initiatives required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
