Coach Store Manager (Lead Supervisor I) position in Elizabeth, NJ at Jersey Gardens. Lead retail operations, drive sales, and build winning teams.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experience
  • Serve as a Brand Ambassador embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness while implementing company initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance and customer experience
  • Establish trust and collaboration within the store to promote a fair, positive, and inclusive culture
  • Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and training of team members
  • Provide feedback and guidance to improve individual performance; hold team accountable for achieving personal and business goals
  • Execute forward-planned strategies to achieve store goals and key performance indicators
  • Mentor team on clienteling strategies to build long-term customer relationships
  • Provide HR and conflict resolution support to team and district in absence of senior leadership
  • Ensure adherence to and enforcement of company policies, procedures, and store operational protocols

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of equivalent retail management experience at the lead supervisor level
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally)
  • Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
  • Demonstrated sales leadership in competitive retail environments
  • Strong business acumen and execution of strategic initiatives

Experience
