Coach Store Manager in Edmonton, Alberta—lead retail operations, drive sales, and build high-performing teams in luxury fashion retail.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead store operations to achieve sales targets, profitability, and productivity metrics across all channels
  • Execute strategic business plans while remaining responsive to evolving customer needs and market trends
  • Champion a service-first culture through personalized clienteling and exceptional customer experiences
  • Resolve customer concerns with empathy, professionalism, and urgency
  • Inspire, coach, and develop a diverse, high-performing team through meaningful feedback and goal-setting

  • Oversee daily operations including inventory management, payroll, and loss prevention initiatives

Qualifications

  • 1–6 years of leadership experience in retail or service industries; luxury or fashion background preferred
