Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintains strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Serves as a brand ambassador, embodying Coach values and driving brand awareness
  • Leads implementation of company initiatives and supports full store operations
  • Establishes trust and integrity while fostering a collaborative, inclusive team environment
  • Monitors and analyzes sales data to identify trends and enhance store performance
  • Implements individualized team development programs to increase overall customer experience and engagement
  • Executes forward-planned strategies to achieve leadership initiatives surrounding store goals and KPIs
  • Supports recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and high-level training as needed
  • Provides constructive feedback and guidance to improve individual performance; holds team accountable for business goals
  • Enforces compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards
  • Develops and mentors direct reports; constructs compelling development plans and pushes for developmental growth
  • Creates strong team morale and fosters open dialogue to build a feeling of belonging
  • Develops innovative customer-centric strategies and mentors team on clienteling to build long-term relationships
  • Provides HR and conflict resolution support to team and district in the absence of senior leadership

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of equivalent experience in managing competitive retail space at the lead supervisor or store management level
  • Demonstrated ability to bend, reach, stretch, lift, carry, and move merchandise weighing at least 25 pounds regularly, and up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom with ease
  • Proficiency in sales analysis and data-driven decision making
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills suitable for managing diverse teams
  • Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and customer service best practices

Experience
