Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Experience
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a retail management role is required, with a preference for candidates who have worked in the luxury fashion industry.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
