Coach Lead Supervisor I position in Durham, NC. Drive retail sales, lead teams, and deliver premium customer experiences. $16–$24.75/hour, full-time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Embody Coach brand values and increase brand awareness among customers and team members
- Monitor and analyze sales data, identify performance trends, and make strategic recommendations to enhance store operations
- Recruit, interview, evaluate performance, and provide high-level training to store team members
- Establish trust and foster an inclusive, collaborative environment that promotes fair and positive team dynamics
- Implement individualized team development plans to increase overall customer experience and performance
- Execute forward-planned strategies to achieve leadership initiatives surrounding store goals and KPIs
- Mentor team on clienteling strategy to build long-term customer relationships and meet business goals
- Provide necessary feedback, guidance, and accountability to improve individual and collective performance
- Enforce compliance with company policies, procedures, and store operational standards
- Provide HR support and conflict resolution to team and district in the absence of senior leadership
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of equivalent retail management experience at a lead supervisor or assistant manager level
- Proven ability to manage competitive retail environments and drive sales results
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities
- Demonstrated proficiency in sales data analysis and performance metrics
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift and carry at least 25 pounds regularly (up to 50 pounds occasionally)
- Physical capability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom environments
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail spaces at the lead supervisor level or higher, with a track record of driving sales performance and leading high-performing teams in a luxury or premium retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; college education or retail management certification preferred.
