Coach Store Manager position in Dongguan, China. Lead luxury retail operations with 5+ years retail experience and management background required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Expand sales performance and enhance customer service delivery across the boutique
- Ensure consistent delivery of premium customer experience aligned with Coach brand standards
- Collaborate with regional management to develop strategies and achieve sales targets
- Lead staff training, coaching, and professional development initiatives
- Manage inventory levels, maintain accurate stock records, and optimize merchandise allocation
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of retail or luxury goods experience, including at least 2 years in a management capacity
- Professional integrity and demonstrated leadership capability
- Strong ability to resolve customer concerns and complaints
- Excellent coordination, organisational, and team-building skills
- Proactive mindset with capacity to manage pressure and willingness to take on additional responsibilities
