Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the store to achieve sales, profitability and productivity targets across all channels.
- Develop and execute local business plans responsive to customer needs and market trends.
- Instil a service-first culture, delivering personalised experiences through clienteling and exemplary customer service.
- Coach, mentor and develop a diverse, high-performing team; set objectives, provide feedback and recognise achievements.

- Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism and act as the store’s brand ambassador in the community.
- Maintain clear communication with peers and corporate partners to align on initiatives and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- 1–6 years of leadership experience in retail or service industries; luxury or fashion experience preferred; combination of education and experience considered.
- Demonstrated passion for people leadership and team development.
- Deep commitment to delivering best-in-class customer experiences and clienteling.
- Strong commercial acumen with focus on sales results and operational excellence.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build trust and constructive relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with retail systems (labor management, inventory and sales reporting tools).
- Knowledge of fashion trends, competitor landscape and curiosity for digital engagement and social media.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical tasks on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
- Strong English language proficiency.

Experience
1–6 years of supervisory or managerial experience in retail or customer-facing service environments; prior experience in luxury or fashion retail is advantageous.
Education
No specific degree required; a combination of relevant education and retail leadership experience will be considered.

Compensation
