Coach is hiring a Store Manager in Burlington, MA to lead store performance, team development and customer experience.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead store performance across sales, productivity and profitability targets for all channels.
  • Develop and coach the sales team to deliver exceptional clienteling and service excellence.
  • Execute local business plans and adapt strategies to evolving customer needs and market trends.
  • Manage daily store operations including inventory control, payroll, scheduling and loss prevention.
  • Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation meet brand standards and inspire customers.
  • Recruit, onboard and retain top talent while fostering an inclusive and collaborative store culture.
  • Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism to preserve brand reputation.
  • Collaborate with corporate partners and peers to align on initiatives and deliver business objectives.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador within the store and the local community.

Qualifications

  • 1–6 years of leadership experience in retail or service industries; luxury/fashion background preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop diverse teams to achieve sales and service goals.
  • Strong business acumen with a results‑driven approach to operations and P&L responsibility.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships internally and externally.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with retail systems (labor management, inventory, sales reporting).
  • Knowledge of fashion trends, digital engagement and social media; curiosity for evolving retail channels.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and holidays.
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform routine physical tasks on the sales floor and stockroom.

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 62,000 to USD 94,000 per annum.
