Coach is hiring a Store Manager in Brea, CA to lead store performance, team development and exceptional client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead store performance to achieve sales, profitability and productivity goals across all channels.
- Implement strategic business plans while adapting to local market trends and customer needs.
- Create and sustain a service‑first culture through personalized clienteling and exceptional customer experiences.
- Recruit, onboard, coach and develop a diverse, high‑performing sales team; set clear goals and provide regular feedback.
- Manage daily operations including inventory control, payroll administration, loss prevention and compliance.
- Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation meet brand standards and inspire customers.
- Optimize staffing and scheduling to align labor with business demand and peak trading periods.
- Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism and serve as a visible brand ambassador in the community.
- Communicate effectively with corporate partners and peers to align on initiatives and performance objectives.
Qualifications
- 1–6 years of leadership experience in retail or service industries; luxury or fashion experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to recruit, develop and retain talent and to build collaborative, motivated teams.
- Demonstrable track record of driving sales and achieving operational KPIs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer‑centric approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with retail systems (labor management, inventory and sales reporting).
- Commercial acumen, attention to detail and strong problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak seasons.
- Physical capability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and perform stockroom/sales‑floor tasks.

Experience
Between one and six years leading frontline retail or customer‑facing teams, with demonstrated success in sales leadership, operational management and team development; luxury fashion experience is an advantage.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, retail management or related field preferred. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to USD 114,000 per annum.
