Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Embody Coach brand values and serve as a Brand Ambassador to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty
  • Lead the implementation of corporate initiatives and oversee full operational execution of the store
  • Establish trust, integrity, and collaboration within the store team to promote a fair, positive, and inclusive workplace culture
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, identify performance trends, and make strategic recommendations to enhance store performance
  • Implement individualized team development initiatives to increase overall customer experience and engagement
  • Execute forward-planned strategies and business acumen to achieve store goals and key performance indicators
  • Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and comprehensive training of team members
  • Provide constructive feedback and guidance to improve individual performance at all levels and hold team accountable for goals
  • Enforce compliance with company policies, procedures, and store operational standards
  • Execute innovative strategies for exceptional customer experiences and mentor team on clienteling to build long-term customer relationships
  • Provide HR support and conflict resolution assistance to the team and district in the absence of senior leadership
  • Champion company resources to support a healthy work environment

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of equivalent management experience in a competitive retail environment at the Lead Supervisor level or above
  • Ability to bend, reach, stretch, and lift products and fixtures weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Demonstrated proficiency in sales data analysis and performance metrics
  • Proven track record of building and developing high-performing retail teams
  • Experience implementing and executing retail operations initiatives
