Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experience

  • Lead implementation of company initiatives and ensure full operational execution of business objectives
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, identify performance trends, and implement strategies to enhance store performance
  • Develop and execute individualized team development programmes to increase overall customer experience and service standards
  • Execute forward-planned strategies to achieve leadership initiatives surrounding store goals, KPIs, and financial targets
  • Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and high-level training of store staff
  • Provide constructive feedback and guidance to improve individual and team performance; hold team accountable for goals
  • Establish trust and maintain integrity whilst fostering collaboration, fairness, and inclusive culture within the team
  • Assist in executing innovative strategies for exceptional customer experiences with both internal and external partners
  • Create and champion a customer-centric culture prioritizing customer satisfaction and long-term relationship building
  • Mentor team members on clienteling strategy to build strong customer relationships and meet business objectives
  • Provide HR and conflict resolution support to team and district staff in absence of senior leadership
  • Enforce company policies, procedures, and store operational protocols; ensure team compliance
  • Maintain a growth mindset for personal and business development initiatives

Qualifications

  • Proven retail leadership experience with demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and financial goals
  • Strong understanding of customer-centric retail operations and best practices
  • Experience in team building, performance management, and employee development
  • Ability to analyse sales data and develop data-driven strategies for store improvement
  • Competency in conflict resolution and HR-related matters
  • Ability to bend, reach, stretch, lift, carry, and move at least 25 pounds regularly; ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally
