Coach hiring Lead Supervisor in Beachwood, Ohio. Drive sales and lead teams in competitive luxury retail. $16–$24.75/hr, full-time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Serve as a brand ambassador embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness
- Lead implementation of company initiatives and support full operations of the business
- Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance
- Recruit, interview, and conduct performance evaluations and training for store team members
- Provide feedback and guidance to improve individual and team performance, holding team accountable for achieving business goals
- Execute forward-planned strategies to achieve leadership initiatives surrounding store goals and KPIs
- Establish trust and maintain integrity to support an environment of collaboration and inclusive culture
- Create a customer-centric culture that prioritizes customer satisfaction and mentor team on clienteling strategy to build long-term customer relationships
- Provide HR and conflict resolution support to team and district in absence of leadership
- Enforce compliance with company policies, procedures, and store operational protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of equivalent experience in managing competitive retail space at the lead supervisor level
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Ability to bend, reach, stretch, climb, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- Strong business acumen and sales execution capability
- Demonstrated leadership and team-building experience
- Proficiency in sales data analysis and interpretation

Experience
Minimum one year of equivalent experience in managing a competitive retail environment at the lead supervisor or equivalent management level.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16 to USD 24.75 per hour.
