Coach seeks a Store Manager in Atlanta, Georgia to lead retail operations, drive sales, and develop teams at Ponce City Market location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Serve as a Brand Ambassador embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness
- Lead implementation of Company initiatives and support full operations of the business
- Establish trust and maintain integrity to support a collaborative, inclusive team environment
- Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance
- Implement individualized team development to increase overall customer experience and sales results
- Execute forward-planned strategies to achieve leadership initiatives surrounding store goals and KPIs
- Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and high-level training as needed
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to improve individual performance across all levels
- Enforce team compliance with Company policies, procedures, and store operational standards
- Execute innovative strategies for exceptional customer experiences with internal and external partners
- Create a customer-centric culture that prioritizes satisfaction and mentor team on clienteling strategy
- Provide HR and conflict resolution support to the team and district in the absence of senior leadership
- Champion company resources to support a healthy work environment
Qualifications
- 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at the Lead Supervisor level or higher
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds regularly, up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to bend, reach, stretch, climb, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom
- Demonstrated leadership presence and ability to drive sales results
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to build lasting client relationships
- Proficiency in sales data analysis and trend identification
- Experience recruiting, training, and developing retail teams
- Familiarity with retail operational procedures and POS systems
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including weekends and holidays
Skills
Experience
1+ years of equivalent experience in a lead supervisory role managing competitive retail environments. Prior experience leading teams, achieving sales targets, and executing retail operational strategies is essential.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree or relevant retail management certification preferred.
