Coach Store Manager position in Ann Arbor, MI. Lead retail operations, drive sales, and manage team at luxury fashion retailer.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experience
- Embody Coach brand values and increase brand awareness within the store and community
- Lead implementation of company initiatives and support full operation of the business
- Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance
- Implement individualized team development initiatives to increase overall customer experience
- Execute forward-planned strategies to achieve leadership initiatives surrounding store goals and KPIs
- Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and high-level training as needed
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to improve individual and team performance
- Enforce company policies and procedures in addition to store operational procedures
- Execute innovative strategies for exceptional customer experiences with both internal and external partners
- Create a customer-centric culture prioritizing customer satisfaction and clienteling strategy
- Provide HR and conflict resolution support to team and district in absence of regional leadership
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of equivalent management experience in competitive retail environments at lead supervisor level or above
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to bend, reach, stretch, kneel, and maneuver across sales floor and stockroom
- Demonstrated leadership presence and ability to inspire team performance
- Strong sales acumen and ability to analyze performance metrics
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in team development and performance management
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1 year of equivalent management experience in competitive retail environments at the lead supervisor level, with demonstrated success in driving sales performance and building high-performing teams.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail management certification or college education preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16 to USD 23.75 per hour.
