Coach Store Management Supervisor

Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and key performance indicators through daily coaching and performance management of the sales team.
- Drive exceptional clienteling and customer experience standards, ensuring personalised service and long-term client relationships.
- Lead visual merchandising and store presentation to maintain brand standards and optimise product sell-through.
- Oversee store operations including inventory management, stock replenishment, cash handling, scheduling and payroll administration.
- Implement loss-prevention procedures, maintain compliance with company policies, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for clients and staff.
- Train, mentor and develop associates through on‑the‑floor coaching, performance reviews and structured development plans.
- Participate in hiring, onboarding and workforce planning to maintain appropriate staffing levels for peak trading periods.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership ability with experience supervising retail teams and driving sales performance.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding retail KPIs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to coach and develop staff.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours, including weekends, evenings and holiday periods.
- Demonstrated aptitude for visual merchandising, inventory control and operational discipline in a boutique environment.

Experience
Minimum of two years of supervisory or assistant management experience in retail, preferably within luxury, premium or fashion brands; demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and developing frontline teams.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary qualification in business, retail management or a related field preferred.
