Role & Responsibilities

- Analyse sales performance and contribute to local business plans; recommend corrective actions to meet targets.
- Resolve customer escalations with diplomacy and ensure exceptional client experiences that foster loyalty.
Qualifications
- Proven retail leadership with supervisory experience in a luxury or premium retail environment.
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and coach teams to achieve performance objectives.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, client-focused manner.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and comfort managing operational tasks (cash, stock, scheduling).
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays; legal right to work in the hiring country.

Typically 3+ years in retail with at least 1 year in a supervisory or assistant manager role, preferably within luxury or premium fashion.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, retail management or related field preferred.
