Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in achieving and surpassing sales targets through daily floor leadership and execution of sales strategies.
- Coach, develop and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional clienteling and elevated customer experiences consistent with Coach standards.
- Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, POS reconciliation and adherence to loss-prevention procedures.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards, stock presentation and housekeeping align with brand directives and promotional cadence.
- Manage inventory control: receive, process and reconcile stock, conduct cycle counts and support replenishment to optimize sell-through.
- Coordinate employee schedules and shift coverage to meet business demands while controlling labor costs.
- Implement company policies and local regulatory requirements, escalate HR or operational issues to Store Manager and regional leadership as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience in retail; preferably 2+ years leading sales teams in a fashion or luxury environment.
- Demonstrated ability to coach, develop and manage performance of direct reports.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track-record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
- Solid numeracy for cash handling, basic P&L awareness and inventory reconciliation.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, to support retail hours and peak trading periods.

Experience
Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of supervisory or assistant manager experience in retail; prior exposure to luxury or premium fashion brands is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in business, retail management or related field preferred.
