Coach Store Leader
Coach seeks a Store Manager in New York, NY to lead boutique sales, clienteling and store operations.

Role & Responsibilities
- Own full P&L responsibility for the boutique, driving top-line sales and margin through commercial planning, assortment execution and disciplined cost control.
- Set and deliver ambitious sales targets via daily coaching, performance management and a high-performance sales culture focused on client acquisition and retention.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding and ongoing development of the store team to build product knowledge, selling skills and elevated clienteling standards.
- Develop and execute local merchandising and visual standards to ensure brand consistency and maximize conversion.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, receiving and stock-loss prevention in partnership with regional operations teams.
- Oversee store operations including scheduling, payroll adherence, compliance with cash handling and security procedures, and achievement of operational KPIs.
- Deliver exceptional client experiences through bespoke clienteling, CRM management and in-store events or private appointments.
- Collaborate with regional leadership on business reviews, promotional activity execution and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury or premium retail with at least 3 years in a supervisory or store management role.
- Demonstrable commercial acumen with experience managing store P&L and achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership skills with experience recruiting, developing and motivating teams to achieve sustained performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach and polished presentation.
- Solid understanding of visual merchandising principles, inventory control and loss-prevention practices.

Typically requires a minimum of 3 years' experience in luxury or premium retail with progressive responsibility in store leadership, including direct P&L ownership and proven success meeting or exceeding sales and margin targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, retail management or a related field preferred.
