Role & Responsibilities
- Maintains strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experience
- Serves as a Brand Ambassador embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness
- Leads implementation of Company initiatives and supports full operation of the business
- Monitors and analyzes sales data, identifies trends, and makes recommendations to enhance store performance
- Implements individualized team development to increase overall customer experience
- Recruits, interviews, and conducts performance evaluations of team members
- Provides high-level training, feedback, and guidance to improve individual performance across all levels
- Holds team accountable for achieving individual and business goals
- Adheres to and enforces team compliance of Company policies, procedures, and store operational standards
- Assists in executing innovative strategies for exceptional customer experiences with both internal and external partners
- Creates a customer-centric culture that prioritizes customer satisfaction
- Mentors team on clienteling strategy to build long-term customer relationships

Qualifications
- 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at the Lead Supervisor level
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally)
- Ability to bend, reach, stretch, climb, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- Ability to provide current, direct, complete, and actionable positive and corrective feedback
- Ability to effectively cope with change and work without having the total picture
- Consistently demonstrates drive for results and exceeds goals
- Relates well to all kinds of people and builds constructive relationships
