Coach seeks a Lead Supervisor in Schaumburg, Illinois to drive retail excellence, lead teams, and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a full-time role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Serve as a Brand Ambassador embodying Coach values and driving brand awareness throughout the store
- Monitor and analyze sales data, identify performance trends, and implement strategies to enhance store metrics and KPIs
- Recruit, interview, train, and evaluate team members; provide coaching and feedback to improve individual and collective performance
- Establish and enforce compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and performance standards across the team
- Mentor team members on clienteling strategies to build long-term customer relationships and drive business growth
- Support and guide store operations in the absence of senior leadership, including HR and conflict resolution responsibilities
- Execute innovative strategies to create customer-centric environments and maintain an inclusive, collaborative store culture
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of equivalent experience in a lead supervisor or management role within competitive retail environments
- Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and motivate retail teams to achieve sales and service targets
- Proficiency in analyzing sales data and market trends to inform business decisions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills across all organizational levels
- Physical capability to lift, carry, and move merchandise up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally; ability to bend, kneel, climb, and navigate sales floor and stockroom environments

Experience
Minimum 1 year of equivalent experience managing and leading teams in competitive retail environments at a lead supervisor or equivalent management level.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further retail management or business education preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16 to USD 24.75 per hour.
