Coach in New York, NY is hiring a Lead Supervisor to oversee store operations, coach teams and drive sales performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations in support of the Store Manager, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling and point-of-sale integrity.
- Coach, mentor and develop sales associates to drive conversion, average transaction value and overall store KPIs.
- Ensure exceptional client experience through proactive clienteling, follow-up and resolution of escalated customer issues.
- Maintain and execute visual merchandising standards, merchandising resets and inventory replenishment to brand guidelines.
- Support loss-prevention protocols, inventory controls and audit readiness; investigate and report operational discrepancies.
- Assist with staff scheduling, payroll accuracy and temporary staffing needs during peak periods and events.
- Contribute to daily sales planning and provide accurate reporting and feedback to management on team performance.
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or lead role; luxury or premium brand experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to coach teams, manage performance and deliver consistent sales results.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centric approach.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends, evenings and holiday peaks.
- Legally authorized to work in the country of employment.

Education
