Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead daily store operations in support of the Store Manager, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling and point-of-sale integrity.
  • Coach, mentor and develop sales associates to drive conversion, average transaction value and overall store KPIs.
  • Ensure exceptional client experience through proactive clienteling, follow-up and resolution of escalated customer issues.
  • Maintain and execute visual merchandising standards, merchandising resets and inventory replenishment to brand guidelines.
  • Support loss-prevention protocols, inventory controls and audit readiness; investigate and report operational discrepancies.
  • Assist with staff scheduling, payroll accuracy and temporary staffing needs during peak periods and events.
  • Contribute to daily sales planning and provide accurate reporting and feedback to management on team performance.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail experience with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or lead role; luxury or premium brand experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach teams, manage performance and deliver consistent sales results.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centric approach.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends, evenings and holiday peaks.
  • Legally authorized to work in the country of employment.

Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary coursework in business, retail management or fashion is preferred.
