Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Embody Coach values and serve as a Brand Ambassador to increase brand awareness and engagement
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations to enhance store performance
  • Establish trust and maintain integrity to support collaboration and promote an inclusive culture within the store
  • Lead implementation of company initiatives and support full store operations
  • Provide training, performance evaluation, and development feedback to drive individual team member improvement
  • Enforce compliance with company policies, procedures, and store operational standards
  • Execute forward-planned strategies to achieve leadership initiatives surrounding store goals and KPIs
  • Mentor team on clienteling strategy to build long-term customer relationships
  • Support recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding processes for store staff
  • Provide HR and conflict resolution support to team members and district in absence of senior leadership

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at the Lead Supervisor level or higher
  • Ability to lift at least 25 pounds regularly (up to 50 pounds occasionally)
  • Ability to bend, reach, stretch, climb, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
  • Strong sales acumen and demonstrated track record of exceeding sales goals
  • Proven ability to build and lead effective teams
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with ability to execute innovative customer experience strategies
