Coach is hiring a part-time Store Lead Supervisor in Miami, Florida. Lead sales teams, drive store performance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experience
- Serve as a Brand Ambassador embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness throughout the organization
- Lead implementation of company initiatives and support full operation of the business while maintaining a growth mindset
- Establish trust and integrity to support an environment of collaboration within store and throughout the organization
- Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance and customer experience
- Execute forward-planned strategies to achieve leadership initiatives surrounding store goals and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and high-level training as needed for team members
- Provide necessary feedback and guidance to improve individual performance and hold team accountable for goals
- Adhere to and enforce team compliance of company policies, procedures, and store operational requirements
- Assist in executing innovative strategies for exceptional customer experiences with both internal and external partners
- Create a customer-centric culture and mentor team on clienteling strategy to build long-term customer relationships
- Provide HR and conflict resolution support to team and district in absence of leadership team
- Champion company resources to support a healthy work environment for internal customers
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of equivalent experience in managing competitive retail space at the Lead Supervisor level
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly, with occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
- Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- Demonstrate courage, providing direct and actionable feedback
- Display creativity and contribute original ideas to brainstorming and problem-solving
- Strong customer focus with dedication to meeting internal and external customer expectations
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and shift gears comfortably when handling change
- Drive for results with consistent top performance orientation
- Strong interpersonal savvy and ability to relate well to all kinds of people
- Learning agility and ability to quickly grasp new concepts and solutions
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1 year of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at the Lead Supervisor level. Proven ability to lead sales teams, drive results, and develop team members in a retail environment. Experience with P&L management, inventory control, and customer experience optimization is highly valued.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher in business, retail management, or a related field preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16 to USD 24.75 per hour.
