Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experience
- Serve as a Brand Ambassador embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness
- Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance
- Recruit, interview, conduct performance evaluations, and provide high-level training to team members
- Implement individualized team development to increase overall customer experience and business performance
- Create a customer-centric culture and mentor the team on clienteling strategy to build long-term customer relationships
- Provide HR and conflict resolution support to team and district in absence of leadership team
- Establish trust, maintain integrity, and support collaboration within store to promote a fair, positive, and inclusive culture
- Adhere to and enforce team compliance of company policies and procedures
- Provide necessary feedback and guidance to improve individual performance and hold team accountable for business goals
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at the lead supervisor level
- Ability to bend, reach, stretch, and lift at least 25 pounds regularly (up to 50 pounds occasionally)
- Ability to climb, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- Demonstrated strong business acumen and sales execution
- Proven track record of team development and performance management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
