Coach seeks an experienced Store Lead Supervisor in Albertville, Minnesota to drive sales and lead retail teams with brand excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Embody Coach brand values and increase brand awareness through exemplary conduct and engagement
- Lead implementation of company initiatives and support full operation of store business
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and recommend enhancements to store performance
- Establish trust and maintain integrity to support a collaborative, inclusive team environment
- Recruit, interview, conduct performance evaluations, and deliver high-level training to team members
- Provide coaching and feedback to improve individual and team performance; hold staff accountable for goals
- Execute and enforce company policies, procedures, and store operational standards
- Mentor team on clienteling strategy to build long-term customer relationships
- Support HR functions and conflict resolution for team members and district operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at a supervisory or lead level
- Ability to lift and carry product, cartons, props, and fixtures regularly (minimum 25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs)
- Ability to bend, reach, stretch, kneel, climb, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- Demonstrated strength in sales leadership and customer relationship building
- Proven ability to analyze sales data and implement strategic performance improvements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all organizational levels
Skills
Experience
1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at the lead supervisor or supervisory level, with demonstrated proficiency in sales performance, team development, and customer engagement.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; college education preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16 to USD 24.75 per hour.
