Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, and point-of-sale management to ensure operational excellence.
- Coach, mentor and develop sales associates to achieve individual and store sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Drive client acquisition and retention through personalised clienteling, CRM use and best-in-class customer service.
- Maintain brand standards for visual merchandising, product presentation and store environment to maximise sell-through.
- Manage inventory processes, stock replenishment and loss-prevention procedures in partnership with store management.
- Deliver training on product knowledge, selling techniques and compliance requirements; model exemplary service behaviours.
- Support scheduling and workforce planning to ensure adequate coverage during peak trading periods, events and promotions.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience in a retail environment, preferably within luxury, premium fashion, or accessories.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving measurable team performance.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with high-net-worth clients and inspire front-line teams.
- Strong organisational aptitude, attention to detail and commitment to brand standards and operational compliance.
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and holiday periods.

Typically requires 2–4 years of retail experience with at least one year in a supervisory or lead role; luxury or premium fashion experience highly desirable.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary coursework or a degree in business, retail management or a related field is preferred.
