Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the sales floor team to deliver exceptional client experiences and achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Coach, mentor and develop sales associates through on-the-floor training, performance feedback and regular coaching sessions.
  • Manage daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, POS reconciliation and shift scheduling.
  • Oversee visual merchandising standards and product presentation to ensure brand consistency and seasonal planogram compliance.
  • Execute inventory control, stock replenishment and loss-prevention procedures; coordinate with management on stock movement and receive processes.
  • Drive clienteling activities including VIP servicing, appointment management and follow-up to maximise retention and conversion.
  • Prepare and submit sales and operational reports, escalate issues to store management and support ad hoc local initiatives.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary coursework in retail, business or fashion preferred.
  • Authorized to work in the country of employment.
  • Demonstrable leadership ability with strong coaching and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent client-facing communication and organisational skills; flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
  • Professional appearance and a customer-first mindset aligned with luxury retail standards.

Experience
