Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise daily store operations and the sales floor in support of the Store Manager, ensuring adherence to brand standards and operational procedures.
- Coach, mentor and develop sales associates to maximize individual and team performance against sales targets and KPIs.
- Deliver exemplary luxury client service through proactive clienteling, relationship building and personalized selling strategies.
- Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment and cycle counts to minimise shrink and ensure visual merchandising integrity.
- Execute visual merchandising directives and maintain store presentation to reflect seasonal campaigns and product storytelling.
- Manage cash handling, opening and closing procedures, and ensure compliance with loss-prevention policies.
- Prepare and review basic sales reports, support scheduling and staffing decisions, and assist with ad-hoc operational tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience in a luxury or premium retail environment; demonstrated ability to lead and develop frontline teams.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving KPI performance through coaching and operational discipline.
- Strong customer-service orientation with demonstrated clienteling skills and the ability to cultivate long-term client relationships.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced retail setting.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings and public holidays as required by retail operations.

Experience
Typically 2–4 years in retail sales with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team-lead capacity within a luxury or premium brand.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education or retail management coursework preferred.
