Role & Responsibilities
- Lead all day-to-day store operations to deliver sales targets, margin objectives and a superior client experience.

- Partner with district/regional leadership to deploy marketing initiatives, product launches and local store events.
Qualifications
- Proven retail leadership with demonstrated ability to lead teams to achieve sales and service targets.
- Experience managing P&L, inventory control and operational processes in a premium or luxury retail environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse KPIs and translate data into actionable plans.
- Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills; capable of motivating a diverse team and developing talent.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods; valid right to work in the hiring country.

Typically 3+ years of progressive retail management experience, preferably within luxury, premium leather goods or fashion brands; a track record of meeting sales targets and developing store teams.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, retail management or a related field preferred.
