Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver elevated, personalised client service and build long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, cross-selling and upselling of Coach product lines.
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, process transactions and manage returns/exchanges in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain boutique presentation and visual merchandising standards, including window styling, stock rotation and housekeeping.
- Manage inventory activities: receiving, stock replenishment, merchandising and basic inventory reconciliation.
- Support loss-prevention procedures and ensure compliance with cash-handling and security protocols.
- Collaborate with store management on events, private client appointments and local marketing initiatives.
- Report client feedback and product trends to management to inform commercial and merchandising decisions.
Qualifications
- Professional, client-focused demeanour with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and convert high-quality leads into transactions.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Legal authorization to work in the hiring country.
- Attention to detail in visual presentation, stock handling and transaction processing.
- Commitment to upholding brand standards for product knowledge, appearance and service.
Skills
Experience
Typically 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably within luxury fashion, leather goods, or premium accessories; demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in retail, fashion, hospitality or business is advantageous.
