Role & Responsibilities

  • Adhere to loss-prevention policies, secure transactions and privacy protocols for high-value merchandise.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to ensure seamless client service and efficient store throughput.
  • Maintain a professional presentation of the checkout area and assist with store opening/closing tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable accuracy in cash handling and transaction reconciliation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills with a customer-first orientation.
  • High degree of integrity and ability to follow security and privacy procedures for client transactions.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks related to merchandising and stock handling.

Experience

Typically 1+ year of retail experience with direct cash-handling or POS responsibility; prior experience in luxury or premium retail environments is preferred.
